Requirements

• Make sure the email and/or phone number on TendoPay matches the one used on your Lazada account.
  Your account details must match for us to credit the voucher amount to the correct Lazada account. You may contact us to update your account details so that we can credit the correct Lazada account.
• Your voucher should be equal to or less than the value of your cart on Lazada.
  We recommend you buy a TendoPay voucher equal to or less than the value of your Lazada basket as we cannot issue any change. Ex. If your Lazada purchase price is PHP 4100. We recommend you get a TendoPay voucher for PHP 4000 and then pay the difference with your Lazada balance. IMPORTANT: Remember we CANNOT issue change. Ex. If your Lazada purchase is PHP 4100 and you buy a TendoPay voucher for PHP 4500, you will still owe that difference of PHP 400.
